    Windows 10 update fails to load at 99% and pops back to 0% before I can click 'I Accept'.

    Windows 10 upgrade fails at 99% then pops back to 0%.

    I am ready to click "I Accept" .

    I see that many others are having similar problems.

    I decided to keep my present Windows version and

    Buy a new computer at a later date. I will then have the

    benefit of both systems.

    I got the Guide working again.

    Redo the setup for Windows Media Center and

    use one of these external tuners from:

    Windows 10 Installation Error

    Windows 10 Setup may not have downloaded completely. Instead of using Windows Update, try using the media creation tool to create installation media, then launch setup from the media.

    See the Windows 10 Upgrade Guide for instructions on getting the Media Creation tool. Select the option to create install media for another PC.
