Windows 10: setup is cleaning up before it close problem in media creation tool

While I am trying to update my windows 7 in to windows 10 it gets fully downloaded and shows verifying your download and shows setup is cleaning up before it close problem is comming please help me any one please

I have downloaded the media Creation Tool but when i try to run I get an error that says "There was a problem starting Setup. Close the tool, restart your PC, and then try running the tool again. I have tried restarting several times and it still does
not start. any suggestions?

Method 1

Perform a clean boot.
