Windows 10: Setup NEW Windows 11 Lenovo Laptop Help

I bought a new laptop from Lenovo and although I also purchased the "Premier" support, I can't get the computer set up and they won't help me b/c they say my problem is a Windows issue, but I can't find any support, remote or otherwise, for setting up a new computer at Microsoft Support and there is no way to get to a human being at Microsoft. The laptop has Windows 11 Pro and I paid for Microsoft Office, but have not activated it yet, since without the ability to set up the computer, I can't use the Office programs there. I'm trying if I should just send the computer back to Lenovo, who sol

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
