Windows 10: Setup/Removal of File Ownership in Windows 10

In windows, 10 everything I download shows a locked icon on it and whenever I tried to make changes by removing that sign by right click > file ownership>personal, but after removing and making any changes ie-renaming the file, it again showed a lock sign on it. after copying that file into another system / external storage files are not able to read/ write / view. every time I need to change ownership by right click > file ownership > personal. need solution to this issue ASAP.Example below Borrowed from another MS question. Same issue though.

Review if you have a work account then remove it from your computer and follow the steps to remove the file ownership column and apply it to all folders.

Open Windows Explorer, Right click on the area Name, Modified, ... and either

Uncheck File Ownership there or select More at the bottom and get the next dialogue window. Uncheck File Ownership there.

This is not a View setting but an Explorer Option setting.

Once done, it will be best to close out, restart and then check the result.
