Windows 10: SetUpSchools Microsoft App

Dear Microsoft,

Recently, I downloaded the Set Up Schools App as I thought it would help me in my studying...

After downloading and setting it up, my PC restarted and I had to choose between signing in with the Other User and the Guest...

I don't even know the username and password for signing in with the user.

Therefore, I have to sign in with the Guest mode...

Can anyone tell me how can I uninstall the Set Up Schools App from the Guest mode as I have really, really important documents saved in my Documents on the File Explorer...
