    Sever Execution failed viewing .mov or .mp4


    Getting the following error when ever I try to open a .mov or .mp4 from an E-mail or from a file on the Desktop. This is new, not had the problem previously I don't know when this started as I've only moved to 21H1 a week or two ago.

    CONVERTING MOV FILES TO MP4

    i have several flash drives with .mov files on them.

    When I play them on my desk top computer (Lenovo PC), all I get is the audio and not the video.

    What do I need to do to be able to view these .mov files, as well as convert them to an MP4

    One way is to use a third-party software like VLC to convert the file.
