Windows 10: Several BSoD per day. Unable to create a dump file.

As the title says, I am experiencing repeated BSoD errors usually CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED which seem to occur at random. The only thing that is predictable is that it will happen within a couple of hours of normal use, although it will happily let me play games for hours. I don't remember it giving me a BSoD while gaming.I did upgrade my RAM and install an additional SSD over Christmas but the issue was happening before installation although it is worse now.Any help would be much appreciated as I am at a bit of a loss as to what to do next. My drivers are up to date I use Snappy Driver Inst

BSODs with no dump file created

I get a UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION bsod whenever I'm playing Apex Legends or while using Origin launcher.The the main issue I'm facing is that there are not dump files created after this bsod.I have setup my dump config according to this thread:Intermittent BSODs with no dump file created
I also tested it using a manual crash in Who Crashed and the dump was successfully created for this crash but it doesnt work for UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. Please help

Getting BSOD without dump file being created.

For some time now (about 6 months) I am getting blue screens of death randomly. Some days I don't, other days I get two BSOD's quickly after one another. The blue screen error shown is 'CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED'
but the collecting of error information is stuck at 0%. When I start Windows again, I see an event in the Event log saying: 'Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.'. With nothing more. And there are indeed no dump files created. My settings
are set to create minidumps.

• I already did a clean install of windows (files and programs removed as well) and this has not resolved the problem.
  
• I updates the BIOS and my driver software to no avail.
• I have no disk cleaner software (like CCleaner) installed

Windows information:

Version: Windows 10 pro 1909 (OS Build 18363.1139)

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

I am out of ideas and starting to get hopeless because I still haven't found the solution to my problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. I will try to provide all the information you need.

 

Windows 11 BSOD error with not creating dump file .

I have turn on Driver verifier as per your suggestion. If I get an error again, I will see if a new dump file has been created. If so, I will give it. BSOD stop code is unexpected store exception and another thing is that I went to the event viewer and got some information such as BugCheckCode 340 .
