Hi everyone, I recently built a new PC and I'm running into several errors when trying to install Windows 11 for the first time from a CD. When booting from the install disc, I always get errors about 10 seconds after startup, before leaving the BIOS/UEFI splash screen or reaching the installation process. I don't always get the same error. The most common is 0xc0000098 or 0xc0000221, but I sometimes get 0xc0000225, 0xc0000428, or one time 0xc0000001. Also, if I press Enter to try again at the error screen, I don't always get the same error code as the original error, but it's always somet

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by
Teemo Tang on this

computer is a dell inspiron 660 I have contacted dell with the error I have and they had believe it is a windows error as the trouble shooting steps for dell passed successfully.

windows photos wouldnt open and trouble shooting suggested I repair windows which I tried and then got the following error

Have tried all the recovery options in windows and keep getting the above error. Is there anything else I can try?
