    Several Functions missing/inoperaple, Obscure errors, How to fix without a reinstall?


    DISM, SFC, Any MSI installer primarily MSXML 4.0, SP1+SP2, completely does not function, always errors out with some obscure error code that doesnt exist as far as i can tell, Windows update does not function, Windows Defender crashes outright and does not function, Repair Boot does not function, Refresh OS does not function, Disk management works but volumes cannot be created, striped, or partitioned.



    I am at a compete loss, Trusted Installer appears to be nonfunctional too despite the service running and being set to Automatic start.

    Program cant start because MSVCR110dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    NTLDR is missing Error

    I just tried to boot up my system, but right after POST I get this NTLDR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart error. Everytime I restart it keeps happening. What can I do to fix this error?
