    I apologize if this is long, but I want to be thorough.Windows 10, desktop. A few days ago, my Start > Power > Shutdown option didn't work this should've been a red flag, so I decided to shutdown using the power button. Bad move. Constant reboot loop.First off, during the first half of each reboot loop, it would show "Preparing Automatic Repair." However, after a while of that, it would restart again, but without that message. After that for several minutes, it would restart *again* with the "Preparing Automatic Repair" message. This means no way to get into safemode boot, as far as I
