    Several Unknown Login Attempts

I've been getting several Microsoft "single use code" emails off and on since Jan 21st., and checked my security info. I noticed failed several attempts to the tune of every couple minutes for several hours involving a "incorrect password" and they were all associated with several different proxy servers in New York, California, Germany, Poland, and Brazil--which definitely means hackers. My guess is that hackers somehow got the account email and an old password from a data breach and tried to get in that wayI changed my password and then deleted the Gmail address as my backup to the Outloo

    :)

    Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

    • Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

    • Have you installed any language pack?
I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Hope this helps. If the issue remains unresolved, please get back to us and we would be happy to help.

  3. suspicious login attempt

Where do I find the Consumer Complaint Form? The notification from Microsoft about a suspicious login attempt suggests that I fill out and submit same.

Unknown Samsung device attempts to mount

I saw such an attempt last week with an HP Envy printer and an unknown cellphone trying a wireless connection. The cellphone was trying to use the Bluetooth Wireless in my Notebook and the printer showed up on the list of Wi-Fi connections available along with 8 nearby Routers which were all Secured. Only lasted a couple of hours.
