Windows 10: Several W8.1 apps are not installing on my W10

Hello....I'm trying to install Microsoft Music Deals on my W10 laptop but i cant. Also the 4 week old Collaborate app developed by Microsoft Garage team wont instal on my machine. Probably there are more.
Do u guys have this problem?

EDIT: I managed to change my xbox live account to US, so music works and also collaborate app.

Testing WP8 apps

I have written several apps on my W7 desktop, testing them on the 7.1 emulator then transferring them by USB to my W8.1 laptop to deploy them onto my W8.1 phone via VS2012. Now my problem is that my new phone is W10 and as I want my apps to work on ALL
windows phones, I have to use VS2015. Your answer is to write your app for W7.1 as I have. That may be restrictive but you CAN use the emulator.

 

Recover Calendar data after Windows 10 upgrade

No I did not get it. Instead, the link asks me to sign up for Outlook.

In both W8.1 and W10 I used and use Microsoft Account, but not One Drive or Outlook. I used and use the Calendar App alone with W8.1 and W10.

The problem is that after the upgrade the Calendar App data in W8.1 did not transfer to the Calendar App in W10.

You apparently have fixed the problem -- anything else uninstallable or not working- or perhaps you should mark your query as solved --this actually DOES help other users if they get similar problems.
