If you read the title you're probably wondering why I chose this subreddit then, if the hardware is the problem. Well the symptoms are visible only in Windows and I hoped that someone here had a similar problem and can point me to the faulty hardware.

    To the bugs(that are noticable):

The Windows Search Bar sometimes just doesn't work:

is all I get. This is sometimes fixed with a reboot, to only occur later again.

My Network interfaces sometimes start flapping. And I know that it's highly unlikely that the NICs themselves are the problem, because by now I have 4 NICs installed (3 Wired, 1 Wireless) and all of them start flapping sometimes. (Flapping means in the wired case from connected to cable unplugged and in the wireless case from connected to connected but no internet) I also checked my internet connection on other devices during the flapping episodes and the other devices worked just fine.

Some applications just crash like TS3 and Telegram and I can't download anything with any browser. Sometimes system applications like settings etc. won't load either.

I have searched the net for people with similar problems. but haven't found anything. I haved also clean installed Windows a couple times, but the error(s) persist. I have tested my memory for errors, but after conducting several hours over multiple days of memory testing there never was a single error. My guess is that it's not the RAM, but it is true that with memory I could just be unlucky, but that's very unlikely.

If you need any system debug outputs please just ask, I did not inlcude any, because I do not know which of them are important for windows troubleshooting.

  3. Taskbar bug: switching to another window -will not appear at the front

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

    Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

    1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
    2. Select or click Ease of Access.
    3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
    4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
    5. Check if issue is resolved.
    Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

    1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
    2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
    3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
    4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
    5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
