Windows 10: [Severe Bug] Re-installed windows, still can't search my PC.

Let's make a long story short:

• Infamous update 1903 (and the september update to it, which kicked this issue off for so many people) comes out, breaks my windows search. The fixes don't work. The updates don't work.
• In addition to search being broken, other features in windows no longer work. Microsoft Edge closes immediately after opening. Same with Sticky Notes. I can't click my taskbar calendar to open, hangs.
• After much reluctance and being told it is the only solution to fully fix this, I re-install windows and all updates. Huzzah! Search works again.
• Until I click the taskbar calendar again, which immediately causes my sticky notes to crash, and now windows search and Edge no longer work... again.
• Logging out/in fixes nothing. Restarting fixes nothing. All of the official MS suggested fixes (the endless torrent of "reset the app) does nothing. Updating cortana settings does nothing. Making registry changes does nothing. Not a single fix out of the dozens I've tried has done anything. Now I'm on a clean install, and the problem has returned because I made the mistake of clicking the task bar calendar.

WTF is going on here? Not being able to use windows search makes my PC horribly less usable. That is, of course, discounting all of the other native windows apps that this leaves completely broken. This has been an ongoing problem for MONTHS. Is my only choice to wait for a fix or the next windows version at this point? Basically every forum thread I come across with problems similar to mind end in the OP saying "I still can't fix this". This whole thing is so frustrating.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
