Windows 10: Severe Keyboard/Mouse Delay/Lag in IE, Edge & Chrome ONLY

I'm at my wits edge on the issue I'm having with my mouse/keyboard (Logitech K350). I waited till the last moment to install Windows 10 Pro before I couldn't obtain it for free. I created a ISO of Windows 10 (received from MS). Did a fresh format on my system, reinstalled my Windows 7 Ultimate, completed all updates & driver installs, then proceeded to upgrade to Windows 10.

After the install of Windows 10 Pro, drivers/updates, installed Office, Chrome, Adblocker Plus, etc. everything seemed to be fine. I had Avast! installed on my system. I work from home and my job demanded that I had to use their antivirus program. So I uninstalled Avast! & installed Kaspersky EndPoint Security 10 for Windows 10.2.4.674 (I believe it's custom build for the company).

To the best of my knowledge I believe this started after the install of Kaspersky. It prompted me of my Logitech mouse/keyboard BadUSB and wanted me to type in the access code (see example image below)




I can be typing in any browser (Chrome &/or Edge) or doing my data entry in my work browser (IE) then suddenly my typing stops even though physically I'm still typing. Then after about 10 - 15 seconds, suddenly everything appears 1 char at a time (fast). I can hover over a button/link, then click it, and it will do nothing then about 10 - 15 seconds later it's like I just clicked the button/link.

This delay/lag issues is extremely annoying, especially since my job is very fast pace/high volume of typing, plus it delays unnecessary time with customers on the phone. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated before I wipe my system and revert back to Windows 7 :/

Audio but no video in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10

Tried all 3. I'm forced to use Chrome to respond because IE 11 and Microsoft Edge is lagging so bad. Chrome works they don't.

 

Internet Explorer and Edge are horrible to use to restrictive Browsing

IE and Edge totally suck now ie is awful at loading video and lotto game app are horribly slow and the edge just sucks in not easy to use any function now I am happily using Google Chrome which loads and plays anything without delay the speed is also COOL
SMOOTH AND VERY FAST with Google CHROME not any ruined internet surfing with GOOGLE CHROME way to go SONYGOOGLE. ie and edge deserve no STARS ha

A very long read with no solution offered (as far as I can tell).

If no one here offers a solution, I would definitely report this to your company's IT department and also try Kapersky support as well.

Thanks I'll read it over and maybe post on their support forum too ... I have reported it to my company's IT/tech department; but they are assuring me it's not the antivirus.

I have found a similar "delay and dump" action on my Logitech MK710 wireless Keyboard occasionally and I use other security systems so can rule out Kaspersky.

I have not seen this since I changed the batteries in the keyboard so even if they show full it may be something worth trying

it may be that the Keyboard is generating some sort of glitch which Kaspersky picks up and tries to protect against.

Also if possible try other keyboards and see if it's OK with them

A new component named BadUSB Attack Prevention has been added.
BadUSB Attack Prevention allows you to prevent your computer from connection with reprogrammed USB devices that emulate keyboards. When a USB device is connected to the computer and identified as a keyboard by the operating system, the component prompts the user to authorize the newly connected device. Any keyboard that has not passed authorization will be blocked.

 

I added that, and it still does it. I put the same post on the Kaspersky forums hoping for some type of suggestions from them. I'll change my batteries to be on the safe side. I have even uninstalled the USB controller, the keyboard mouse from device mgr etc. same thing.
