Windows 10: Sextortion and Black mailing

Hi Sir,


I am being threatened by Online frauds, unfortunately on of my nude video recorded thru IMO video call..Using the video they are blackmailing and asking for pay money to delete the video, else it will be posted on Social media. Even I have paid them 300 dollars but still they are harassing.I have paid the money only to know from where these people from and found that they are operating from Philippines. Blow are the 2 IMO contacts , if you can block them to for future threatening from the same number. I have dleted FB account and IMO account as well.. IF needed i can share the screenshot of the chats ..

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
