Windows 10: sfc.dll error message and administration problems

Hi,I've got a problem with dll's just after an update. all of a sudden whenever i tried to open chrome after that update but i received dll error.and I've tried many methods that are on websites untill now. All of the .exe files and actions that needed administrator premission not working.cmd, msconfig, task manager and some of them dont open and stuck in loading.please help me with this

re-install MSVCR120.dll removed in error

Step 1: As a workaround, I suggest you to download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and check if it resolves the issue.
