Windows 10: SFC reveals errors that cannot be fixed

I've attached the log file in ZIP.
What can I do to fix this?

Cannot fix SFC error.

I conducted the sfc/scannow command and it detected corrupt files. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and was unable to fix them. Details are in the .CBS log.

I have researched that and I cannot figure out how to fix the issue. I located that directory on my computer but I do not know how to fix the problem.

Does anyone have clear instructions on how to fix this?

Have you logged into Microsoft account?

As you have mentioned, after running SFC scan ,you are getting the error "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and was unable to fix them".



I would like to inform you that, DISM tool fixes the error caused by the SFC scan. Follow the steps provided in the article to
run DISM Check and then Scan and check if it fixes the issue.

Have you tried running SFC again after a restart?

If SFC continues to fail, the next procedure is this:
If SFC /Scannow reports a failure, then the following downloads new files:

Open a Powershell window and at the prompt type (or copy and paste)
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press <Return>.

 

the dism command worked but from CMD.
I then ran sfc and it fixed everything.

I know what it was.
there's a bug in gpedit.msc when opening it. fixing the bug involved altering a file which then is picked up as sfc error.
