Windows 10: Sfc scan log file results

I've noticed some issues with my PC recently and decided to do a sfc/scannow. It said corrupt files were found but unable to be fixed and pointed out the logs location but i have no idea how to see whats actually wrong within the log, so if anyone could help me that would be great. (ATM not sure if i should paste the entire log file here so i'll leave it as is until a reply arrives)

SFC reports corrupt files that cannot be repaired

Hi Jay,

For to better assist you with the SFC reports issue, we'd like to know the following:

• Have you installed any Windows updates prior to this issue?
  
• Please provide us a CBS logs for us to determine what is the file that cannot be repaired.
  

To get the logs, please follow the steps below:

• Open a Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• Copy and paste findstr /c:”[SR]” %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >”%userprofile%\Desktop\sfclogs.txt”, then hit
  Enter. (This will create a sfclogs.txt file on your desktop).
  
• Open the sfclogs.txt and check the result of SFC scan.
  

Note: SFC cannot always fix corrupted files.

SFC Scan Found Corrupt Files...

After running the In-place upgrade, without any issues.
The results from the SCF scan speak for themselves.
As you can see from my screenshot of the scan.





Thanks for all the suggestions on this issue.
It's the second in-place upgrade I've needed to preform.
I just hope this doesn't become a pattern.

Now it's time to do a complete system backups.

 

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
