Windows 10: sfc /scannow failed to repair certain files

My commiserations, as already posted I have the same problem.
Numerous reinstalls using different methods including clean have not solved my problem
Event Viewer lists so many critical faults including sometimes no internet connection, although along side a laptop is running smoothly.
Sometimes it starts, other times total lockup.
Would I recommend M$ Surface Pro 4, when its running smoothly superb, but with all its M$ unsorted problems NO.

 

run Image-Health Option 1 then option 0
