  1. sfc /scannow won't work, trustedinstaller "file or folder is corrupted or unreadable"

Any time i try to use trustedinstaller, I get systemerror 1392: file or folder is corrupted or unreadable. My PC has been booting really slowly lately, it takes about ten minutes, so I try to use sfc /scannow to fix it but instead I get "windows resource protection cannot perform the requested operation"

Help Can not open settings in windows 10 and sfc /scannow doesnot function due to corrupted trustedinstaller

I cannot open my settings in windows 10. And therefore I cannot run programs much needed. For example Windows update. And restore system to a previous point. So I am stuck. I tried to repair this with sfc but that program also doesnot work. Can anybody
    help me?

When I open commandprompt and do: sfc /scannow

I get: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

    When I do:sc config trustedinstaller start= auto

    I Get: [SC] ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS

    When I do:net start trustedinstaller

I get: systemerror 1392: file or folder is corrupted or unreadable (in dutch)

When I try to start trustedinstaller from the services directory it says the same.

How do I get a valid/non corrupted version of the trusted installer on my PC? Or is the only solution reinstalling windows? Can anybody please help me with this?
