Windows 10: Shade on Application icons in the taskbar does not fade away even when I close application

I tried restarting my Laptop but it does not help. first of all I opened Windows store and I closed that Application but the shade never goes away. I bought new laptop just 5 days ago, I feel very sad about that. Is there is anyway or loophole to fix this?

Hiding Applications

Alright, this is not about minimizing applications. I want some way to hide an application from the taskbar (not closing it) and a simple way to open it back up without losing data. Any way how to do it?

I added a third step to the first suggestion, which worked for me:

1. Choose start> All apps,

2. Scroll to the application you want to pin, right click and then click
Pin to taskbar.

3. When the desired icon tile appears in the desktop box, left click on it and drag it into the task bar.

 

Shade on program icons in the taskbar does not fade away





The title is pretty self-explanatory, along with the images. I tried restarting my PC to see if it helps. It does help, but for only a few minutes. As you can see, the faded shadings when hovering over pinned (even unpinned) icons will never go away. This
bug annoys me and triggers my O.C.D. to try to fix it. I do not know what caused this problem, but I think it is a performance error for now. Is there anyway to fix this?

EDIT: This bug also (and rarely) interferes with the start menu not popping up, right-clicking on the pinned/unpinned programs will not show the pop-up tasks. Even Cortana will not work along side the start menu.
