Windows 10: Shadow bug in monitor screen?

Hello,


I am in need of an assistance here.. I updated my Windows to the latest and played Beyond Two Souls.. However I was called downstairs, I paused the game and when I returned, I somewhat discover a monitor bug? In which the "last screen paused" was being stamped as shadow.. Yes restarting and shutting down computer didn't help at all.


It happened sometime ago when I played House Flipper however I fixed it by doing some adjustment in the monitor. This one couldn't disappear though..

LCD Screen "Shadow Bugs"

Not sure if this is a frequent problem with new LCDs, but in the case of mine, my LCD panel was secondhand and used. Unfortunately, there appears to be a shadow of what appears to be an ant or a small bug that appears between the LCD panel and the backlight. While I did manage to move it around some by sticking a suction cup to the part of the screen where this "shadow bug" is at, I only managed to get it only partially away from the top border of the screen.

So, what causes these "shadow bugs" to appear on the LCD to begin with? I thought it was just a speck of dirt but then it wouldn't come off.

External Monitor has Shadow

I recently purchased the Surface Dock for my Surfacebook 2 and connected Samsung Monitor - C32F397FWE

The Monitor has shadows to the right of all items displayed on the screen - how do I correct this?

I've tried restarting and this has had no effect - the shadows remain.

The show on all screen items - including on the desktop.

Everything looks smudged.

Tried using clear text and didn't help much at all

Right now i have reduced the resolution to 1366X768 from the max of 1960X1080 and it is bearable enough but still persistent.

I am using a Mini Display to HDMI cable for connecting the monitor to the dock
