    Hi,

I have just purchased Froza Horizon 4 Standard edition from Microsoft Store on Windows 10 PC. It downloaded and Installed overnight. Seems to work fine on my account/profile.

I want to share it with other Family members who have microsoft accounts and are listed as my family members. I believe this is possible with xbox play anywhere games.

Logged into one childs account, went to microsoft store, found game but it seems to want me to buy it again! Should it just say Install instead of Buy?

We dont have an xbox console. Do we need any other xbox stuff( pass, software etc.)?

    Thanks for any sugestions.

Microsoft Family sharing and play anywhere

I purchased Gears of war 4 from Microsoft store which I am playing on my gaming laptop and don't own Xbox one. I would like to play this game with my sons on another 2 PCs.

I have successfully added everyone to Microsoft family and installed the game using my account signed into Microsoft store. Switching the store account back to my sons is also fine, it recognizes them in family and shows the Play button.

What I am unsure about is playing online simultaneously. It works fine for the most part but every so often one of PCs will exit the game back to desktop with no errors or anything. This might be due to long list of issues this game has had with graphics
    drivers or what not.

Can anyone clarify if it is OK to do this under family sharing or will I have to purchase 2 more copies of the game and if the game quitting could be because of 3 people playing simultaneously?

Just to clarify, everyone is logging onto their computers with their outlook account, xbox app and store as themselves.
