The folder where your VM is do you see a .vhd file?

Which guest OS / version is running on virtual machine?

If it's Windows:

To get virtual machine to use hosts resources (USB, audio...) and run full screen it must open Enhanced mode.

Use local resources on Hyper-V virtual machine with VMConnect | Microsoft Learn

Your guest must support Remote Desktop (RDP) to be able to use Enhanced mode.
