Windows 10: Share via File Explorer "Send Link" shows no Contact results in the To field

When sharing a file via W11 File Explorer, the "To: Name, group, or email' field shows "No Results" when typing a name in your MS Account contacts list. Note this is for files that are backed up to OneDrive. A few troubleshooting steps already completed:- Locally Stored File Share does show contacts proven by sharing files from the Downloads folder - so contacts are registered with W11 system properly- O365 Family Subscriber w/1TB OneDrive Storage only 60GB data - so not storage limit / files are properly synchronizing, etc, etc- Using MS Outlook New Mail Client - contacts correctly

Hi Julie, thanks for the contact list fields.

My problem with contact sync:

• Windows Phone 7: contains a field "website"
• live.com(hotmail contacts): contains a field "website"
• Windows Live Mail 2011: contains 2 fields "personal website" and "work website"

Those 3 platforms don't sync these fields among each other. Do you have any ideas, suggestions?
