Windows 10: Shared albums - no longer able yo send photos via shared albums

I can no longer send albums created in Shared albums to anyoneI do what ive sucessfully done begore but it no longer worksStart buttonPhotosIcloud photosShared albumsNew album Enter recipient's nameName albumBrowse PC and select album to sendOpen it Click done This no longer works does anyone know why and how fo i get it working again?Thank you in advance

Windows 10 Photo app. How to send or share Albums to Facebook?

Just started playing with Photos app Wndows 10.

Learned how to make my own albums and choose cover page and title the album.

Want to share, or send, to Facebook.

Already know how to make albums on Facebook.

Thought, perhaps wrongly, I could make albums in Photo app

Then send or share to FB.

When I try to share a single photo from Photo App, there's a "share" button on the task bar

Click that, it says, get an app from the store

Went through those steps to choose a FB app, closed, shut down, restarted.

Still not able to share from Photo App.

Suggestions welcome.

iCloud no longer supports downloads from shared albums??

About two weeks ago I was able to download lots of photos my son shared with me through iCloud in an album he created. Now I can't seem to do that.

I'm using iCloud 12.2 on my PC, which runs Windows 10 Pro 64. Here are the options for iCloud Photos.




At www.icloud.com there doesn't seem to be a way to select shared albums.





So what am I doing wrong, or what has Apple changed in a way that the desired functionality is now hidden?

 

Apple Shared Albums No Longer Visible in Photos Apps

I may have answered myself - under Icloud on windows - options - tick the shared albums option.

I do believe this changed in a recent update as now - all the apple shared albums are re-syncing - taking quite some time.

I hope Microsoft eventually offers support for albums in Apple Photos (not the shared albums but personal albums). This would be such a big step forward for those of us who have managed photo's using albums on IOS and MACOS but enjoy the versatility of a windows surface pro or laptop.
