Windows 10: Shared Experiences Accounts require attention, but error code 0x8019005 appears.

Hello, I've recently been getting notifications that my account requires some attention, under shared experiences. Settings>System>Shared Experiences.



This is the option that pops up. However, when I click on it, this happens.



And when I click on this, the error code appears.



The message about an account error appeared a couple of days ago, and I've tried multiple times. What do I do?

Error Code 0x8019005

I am getting error code 0x8019005. I do not know what it is. I am able to access my account. I have access to my Office 365.

What is error code 0x8019005? How do I fix the cause of this error?

I post has been idle because I was waiting on a response. I answered questions that were asked and no one responded.

On a side note, I think I figured what caused 0x8019005. Since I never received an answer to what can generate the 0x8019005, I am just guessing.

I discovered while checking another of my emails issue, that the Windows 10 Mail app still was trying to access the email account that I deleted. Once I removed the email account from the Mail app, I stopped receiving the error.

What I am wondering is why no one gave me any information that the 0x8019005 error code was issued by the Mail app? Why could no one give me the verbiage associated with the 0x8019005. Why could more information have been display with the 0x8019005 when
it was thrown? Why couldn't the error message display where I can more information on the error?

As a retired IBM Mainframe programmer, it is extremely sad to so little information displayed when error codes are thrown. A little more information would have helped me resolve my issues faster. Just displaying an error code with no meaningful verbiage
is just plan lazy coding. I would hope that my issue would be passed to the software engineers.

 

Some of your accounts require attention

Every couple days, I get a Windows 10 (v1903, build 18362.535) Notification that something needs attention, and that something is that I need to re-log in to Windows 10 Shared Experiences (Start -> Settings -> Shared Experiences). The fact that I'm always logged into Onedrive hasn't been affects. At Shared Experiences I see "Some of your accounts require attention." Button: "Fix Now" When clicked, it asks me to log in.

What is logging me out? It's not every time I reboot.

After I correctly type the password for my account, it wants me to type the password for a second account which is closed. I have found no way to make it forget about this old account.

How do I make it forget the old account?
