Windows 10: Shared Windows 10 Workstation showing another user's profile

We have some shared Windows 10 workstations in our company. When Employee X logs into one of these computers, it shows under the Logoff/Shutdown that Employee X is logged in, but Employee Y's Outlook profile and Teams show up. Employee X has restarted the "problem" computer three times with the same result. Employee X, unfortunately, logged out of Employee Y's email and Teams under his profile, so I can't replicate it for troubleshooting. Has this happened to anyone, and does anyone know how this can happen other than profile corruption?

Windows 10 - The User Profile Service failed the sign-in User Profile cannot be loaded

Did not resolve the problem as it was already set up that way. Poor show this W10, should be an improvement but seems very poorly constructed. You cannot be pleased with it.

This issue might be due to the User profile Services, please follow the below and check.

I suggest you to Check the status of User profile services.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for User Profile Service, right click on it and
  start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to
  Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to log-in.

User profile service failed to login - windows 10 profession workstation

Hello,

I was trying to rest my laptop because the Drive C was full. In the beginning of the resetting, it told me to free up some space. So, I started to delete some files and folders (one of the folders was "Users"). After resetting finished, when I try to log in, I get error message "User profile services failed to log in". From searching online I think I deleted file that content user profile configuration ...

I contact Microsoft support to help me. They told you need to reinstall the windows. I told then I the windows is Windows 10 Professional Workstation and I hope not I am not going to loss it. Then they ask me to post my question here.

How can I solve the issue?

I have not problem with reinstalling the Windows as long as I install Workstation edition. Also, I have drive D and E have data that I need.
I can reformat or delete drive C.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
