Windows 10: Sharepoint deleted files ending up in my recycle bin

We have just gone across to a Sharepoint system from a 2012 server. Slightly concerning is that when other users delete files they sometimes appear in my recycle bin.Not sure if this is something to do with set up of the system.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

The SharePoint Recycle Bin is different from the Recycle Bin in Windows. If you delete files or folders that you're syncing, you can restore them from the Windows Recycle Bin on your PC

You can configure a SharePoint site's recycle bin to control the amount of time a user can restore deleted content before it's removed forever and the amount of storage space the recycle bin consumes. The SharePoint Application Management settings page lets
you turn the site recycle bin on or off, set the number of days that deleted items are retained in the recycle bin, and set how much storage space the second stage (site collection) recycle bin uses.

Items deleted from specific SharePoint folder in my PC's recycle bin

Hello,

The files from a specific SharePoint library that get deleted have been going to the recycle bin on my PC... but no other libraries have this result. Other people are deleting the files, sure, that's fine, but why do they go to the recycle bin on my PC?
