    Sharing to OneNote UWP from other app via share function not working


    I am trying to share notes from other uwp apps to OneNote via share button. OneNote quick note page appear and I am also able to send notes.

    But the notes are not appearing in OneNote (web/uwp/2016)

    Few months before same problem was happening but the notes were getting delayed and were appearing after a day. But now I am not getting the notes even after 3 days.

    From edge I can share the webpage by clippers and it is appearing in OneNote but by using share button the webpage is not appearing in OneNote.

    This is a very important function I need to share various things to OneNote.

    Please help me to solve it

    Best Way to Send a *Page* From OneNote for Windows 10 UWP

    What's the best way to send a page from the OneNote for Windows 10 UWP app ? If I try 'share', it actually shares the whole notebook. Note I don't want to switch to OneNote for O365 Win32 as the layout is inconsistent with my
    OneNote mobile apps. I have Win10 v1903.

    I'm running Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 3.

    I launch the Maps app, find a noteworthy point I want to note, click the sharing icon, choose OneNote from the list of sharing apps, a panel is priduced on the right side where I can choose where the note will be shared and edit the text of the note, then
    I click Send.

    Nothing is ever sent to OneNote. Complete fail.

    If I try to use the same sharing feature to Mail, then Mail launches with the map data.

    If I try printing the map data, then choose Send to OneNote 2013, then OneNote receives and stores the printout.

    OneNote version 15.0.4805.1003

    Has anybody else seen and solved this?

    Share function

    I have tried everything that I can think of to find a solution to the inability to use the share function. Continuously it tell me something went wrong with share - try again later.

    I decided to create another account to see if the share function works.It does! So it has to do something with my account.

    How can I fix this? Any suggestions?
