Windows 10: Shell Handwriting wont work even after restart

Hello, I have a Wacom Intuos Pro M tablet on Windows 11, the Shell Handwriting isnt working even though I am turning it "On" and "Off". It says "Restart your PC to apply these changes", but although I restart it, it wont work and the disclaimer keeps on appearing. When I press a search bar in windows, the handwritting input isnt appearing although the language I chose DOES support handwritting.* Moved from Community Center

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty using the handwriting feature in the Chinese language on your Windows 11 computer. Here are some steps you can try to enable handwriting in Chinese:

Ensure that the Chinese language pack is installed on your computer. To check, go to Settings > Time & Language > Language. Under "Preferred languages", make sure Chinese is listed and that the "Language pack available" message is displayed.

Open the handwriting panel in French as you normally would. In the panel, click the gear icon to open the settings.

Under the "Language" section, click "Add a language". Find Chinese in the list and select it.

Once Chinese is added to the language list, switch to it by clicking on the language icon in the handwriting panel.

If switching to Chinese doesn't work, try opening the handwriting panel directly in Chinese. To do this, open the Start menu and type "Handwriting" in the search bar. Click on "Handwriting panel" in the search results, and it should open in Chinese by default.

If you're still unable to use the handwriting feature in Chinese after trying these steps, you may want to try restarting your computer or contacting Microsoft support for further assistance.

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the make and model number of your laptop?
  
• Do you want to write in Thai and change the text to English?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Right click on Start and select Control Panel
   
2. Select Clock, Language and Region and then select Language
   
3. Click on Options next to your selected system language
   
4. Click on Personalize handwriting recognition to open Handwriting recognition wizard
   
5. Use Target specific recognition errors to tell Windows how you write a specific word or letter or help recognize characters with similar shapes
