Windows 10: SHELL INFRASTRUCTURE HOST CAUSING HIGH CPU WHEN USING PHOTOS APP

So i have notice that when i use photos of microsoft to open images, Shell Infrastructure Host kicks in with high cpu, i dont know why this happen but it happens in windows 11 and windows 10, i have downgrade to windows 10 now since i thought it was a windows 11 problem, but its still going. I have Windows 10 Pro 21H2.And before someone say i should update or reboot, i dont think it would make any ****#ing difference cause this bug or something its been around for a while and no one from microsoft has give a proper fix or solution, so its driving me nuts, i would provide an screenshot of the t

Photos Album indexing can be responisible for higher resource usage sometimes.

As for alternatives- there are plenty.. it becomes a matter of personal choice:

Photos App causes high CPU usage by Shell Infrastructure Host

When I use the Photos app the CPU usage climbs to almost 80% from the Shell Infrastructure Host. After doing some research, I found that many Windows 10 users have this issue.

I've repaired and reset the app. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, yet the problem persists.

1) Does anyone have any suggestions on a possible fix?

2) If not, could you recommend a third-party photo viewing app? From what I've read, using an app other than MS Photos will circumvent the issue.

In Windows 11 "shell infrastructure host" process using a lot of CPU when viewing Photos on external SSD

Tried removing the microsoft photos app through an elevated powershell and then reinstalled using windows store; no luck, still have high shell infrastructure host cpu usage.
