Windows 10: ShellExperienceHost not running or opening | Neither is Action Centre

Hi there,

I've had this weird issue where I Was trying to figure out why my notifications on Windows 10 weren't working which lead down to this rabbit hole:

Notifications not working lead me to realizing that Action Centre wasn't working.

Action Centre not working lead me to finding ShellExperienceHost not running or opening whatsoever.

Here's the logs of EventViewer:

What I've tried to do to fix it:

• Update Windows
• Update Graphics Card
• Windows Restore
• SFC Scannow
• 
  Attempted the following in powershell:
  
  "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$.InstallLocation -like “SystemApps”} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}" which ended up giving me a few errors.
  
  
• 
  Boot in safemode (Still didn't work)
  
  
• 
  Create a new user (Also doesn't work)
  

I'm at about my wits end. Can someone please, please help me figure this out?

Start menu tiles and Notification/Open Action Centre dissappeared!


Strange, my start menu left click that used to open the coloured start menu with 'tiles' has stopped working. I can only right click to access the 'grey' listing. If I do left click I see the blue spinning wheel for a couple of seconds but nothing appears.
Also the icon for 'New Notifications' has stopped as well, when clicked I used to see a slide out popup asking me if I would recommend W10 to a friend but not now. If I right click to 'Open Action Centre' nothing happens.

Any suggestions as to how to fix them?

Action centre and location

Hi
I have noticed like a few others doing a search on the internet that since the Creative update for Windows 10 HOME, the location service Icon will continue to run once you open action centre.... providing you do not open action centre then the icon will come and go as it should, not stay on all the time..
Is this a known issue with the Creative update and can it be fixed?

Again, this did not work.

These troubleshooting steps are for those whose action centre is visible. My action centre is not visible at all.

Any help is appreciated
