Windows 10: "shieldsvc.exe - File corrupted!" Keeps popping out

After I downloaded Windows 11 this started to happen: shieldsvc.exe - File corrupted! This program has been manipulated and maybe it's infected by a Virus or cracked. This file won't work anymoreThis notification pops up quite often and I have no idea what for it is. I tried removing this by deleting it from it's original file but still it comes back. So far I can only press OK to get rid of it just for a moment.

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

Exe files wont open

We suggest that you try to reinstall Antivirus and see if it helps.

You can also run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption. SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them. Please see the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click Command Prompts (Admin)
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
  sfc /scannow
