Windows 10: Shift + B not working after upgrade to Windows 11

    I recently upgraded 3 of my computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11. On one computer the combination of [Shift Key + B] does not work. Every other key combination works just fine. My 3 other Windows 11 devices do not have this issue.The shift key right or left does not matter.     Intel Speed Shift Technology not working in Windows 11

    I have an Intel® Core™ i3-10100, and the Intel Speed Shift Technology is not working for me in windows 11. However in windows 10 works perfectly fine.

    I have all drivers installed, and i have Intel Speed Shift enabled in the bios (UEFI). (I tried to disable Turbo Boost and Speed Step in bios, but the problem remains)

    I do not know if this is a bug, or if windows 11 does not support Intel Speed Shift.

    Intel Speed Shift Technology Skylake

    You just need a Skylake CPU and ThrottleStop, once turned on speed shift you can exit the software as unclewebb said above.

    Upgrading to windows 11

    I have a few questions about windows 11...

    1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
    2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
