Windows 10: shift + f - tries opening an app instead of typing a capitalized f

Randomly started. When I go to type a capitalized f, my computer attempts to open an app no idea what the app is, and a message comes up saying, "this app has been blocked by your system administrator" I have turned off all settings involving shortcut keys, hotkeys, etc., and I still get this message. I have searched to see if there is a way to see what apps are blocked but have not had any luck. It does it using both shift keys and even when using the on-screen keyboard.I understand that I should reach out to our IT help desk since this is my work laptop but usually they are no help and a c

Cant Type Capital F with Shift Key

On my laptop whenever I try to type a capital f with the shift key it doesn't type anything, I can use caps lock and can do f+shift+WindowsKey and it works, but i cant do shift+f, I have tried reinstalling keyboard drivers and I have another keyboard that
i used to test it and it continued to not work, and I have tried to troubleshoot the problem, thanks in advance if you know how to fix this, sometimes when spamming both shift keys and f I am sometimes able to get a capital f

 

Issues with keyboard not able to type a capital f.

keyboard is a razer board. capital f works in safe mode. but in regular mode can't type it even with on screen keyboard. weird quirk is if I go in this order

Left Shift Down + right shift down + left shift up + f key down + all up. it will type a capital f but that is the only way I can get it. really odd issue which I assume is a software issue but have no idea how to trouble shoot. tried closing all programs and shutting down services I didn't think were necessary but can't seem to fix the issue. no newly installed software but the issue itself is novel.

computer is on windows 10 build 19042

I can make a .nfo if needed.

Based on the information you have provided in your post; we need to do further investigation. To assist you better, we'd like to know the following:

• Have you tried using a third party software to manage the disk partition?
• Did you format the drive?

We suggest that you check for the drive in the Disk Management and look if it appears. Follow these steps:

• Log on as administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
• Press Windows+R key and type diskmgmt.msc and then click OK.

Look if the Drive F: appears and check if it is unallocated.
