Windows 10: [shift] + [k] not working

[shift] + [k] does nothing, [k] works and [shift] + [any_other_key] is FUNCTIONAL. It produces no error message. [shift]+[k] does not work on the on-screen keyboard either, so I believe the problem to be at the windows level. [ctrl]+[k] works.My keyboard i was using when this problem started was a Roccat keyboard that was no longer supported as Roccat went out of buisness. this is a minor issue that has been annoying but not critical.System information:CPU: IntelR CoreTM i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz 4.20 GHzRam: 32gbGPU: AMD 7900 XTXOS information:Edition Windows 10 ProVersion 22H2Installed on ‎

My K Key wont worK unless I press shift.

So if im in caps locK and I press shift+K I will get a lowercase letter K. but if im trying to type normally without pressing shift then absolutely nothing happens when I press the K Key. Can anyone help me with this?? I am a gamer so I really need this
Key to worK and so far havent found any worKing solutions for it. My drivers all say they're up to date and oK, I've restarted my pc and everything. It was worKing perfectly about half an hour ago but I dont Know what caused it to get messed up.

 

Intel Speed Shift Technology Skylake

You just need a Skylake CPU and ThrottleStop, once turned on speed shift you can exit the software as unclewebb said above.

 

Keyboard: some Shift- combinations do not work from time to time

When using SHIFT to type !, @, #, $, ( or ) they sometimes do not work. A while later, they may work for a short time. Sometimes the problem does not show up for days. Steps taken so far:

• The device manager shows no issues.
  
• Test programs found nothing or suggest it may be a hardware error.
  
• When using on-screen keyboards, there is no issue.
  
• The keyboard drivers have been de-installed and automatically re-installed
  
• The latest drivers are installed
  
• Have removed and re-selected the language keyboards
