Windows 10: Shift key bug won't away after reset

aptop: Dell Vostro 3580 64 bit
Window isn't activated.

This started a week ago. Without touching, my shift is automatically pressed and I'm typing in capitals, selecting everything, opening a new window in browsers. When I open the on screen keyboard, both shift keys are shown to be pressed even though I'm not pressing anything.

I checked if the sticky keys, filter, toggle were on and they weren't. I used my other usb keyboard and the same thing is happening so it's not the hardware.

This doesn't last very long, of course. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes it sticks around and I can't get anything done.

So whenever my cursor moves, it selects everything without a left click, opening basically all the apps.

It got to the point where I couldn't even type in my password. I had to restart and type in before the shift key bug comes back

After I've done a reset I chose 'keep my files', the shift key bug was gone. After I restarted the computer, it. Came. Back.

I have problem with Lenovo Idea Pad 100 laptop (OS: WIN10). After replacing HDD into SSD I faced a strange problem. Both Shifts of the keyboard doesn‘t work .
I have tried to:

• Check if sticky keys are off. They are off.
• Connect external keyboard via USB port. Shift keys on external keyboard works good.
• Check the keyboard on online tester which indicates pressed buttons. It can‘t indicate press of the shift
• Change several different input languages. The problem is on all of them.
• Reinstall keyboard driver
• Check if connection is OK. It is OK.
• Tried to run computer without screws (I have read in one forum that screws could touch the keyboard from the bottom and it wouldn‘t operate normal)

I believe that keyboard is not damaged because connector damage could cause just exact part of keyboard failure, while it is impossible to do physical damage for both shifts. Any solutions?

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist
