Windows 10: Shift + m will do "enter" command

Discus and support Shift + m will do "enter" command in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I'm having issues with my device when I want to do a capital M it would enter to another line instead like the enter key does.     I'm having issues with my device when I want to do a capital M it would enter to another line instead like the enter key does. Please help.
