    Hi Andre,

    My Surface Pro is currently on Windows 10 Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.125).

    I dont know what previous build my old Surface was on, as you see, I’ve had my Surface Pro replaced 7 times in the last 23 months due to various hardware faults.

    However, please do note that I took this Surface Pro into the Sydney Microsoft shop last week to show them this problem, and the technician told me there was nothing he could do about it as he is also having the same problem...

    KB3211320 Update problem

    Not the end of the story. My wife has an old laptop which I never use that we recently converted to Windows 10 with this exact Win 10 version and build. Guess what, Paint Shop Pro X was on it and it runs fine????? So I got ahold of Surface Pro support
    and they told me to reset to a clean Win 10 which deletes all installed programs and took hours. Guess what, Paint Shop Pro will still not load on my Surface Pro 3 (I7 processor). This is nuts!!!!
