Windows 10: Shorcuts Deleted

I recently was cleaning up my windows 11 through storage sense and deleting files i do not know, while in drive C there is not much to delete but i came across a bunch of shortcuts of all my apps i thought they are useless and delleted all of them the were in total less than a mb but not i am unable to open any apps only those whose shortcuts i deleted via the windows search button i am only able to access the apps which were pinned to my taskbar Pls Help everything is downloaded but i cannot open them !!!! i am on Windows 11 64-bit

Instanced Desktop shorcuts

Two things, one is that the Desktop is actually a folder in C:\Users in File Explorer, can't have 2 or more identical files or shortcuts of the same name. The other is on the right-click of the Taskbar, click Toolbars and put a check on Desktop, will get an item on the Taskbar when clicked will give a list of the shortcuts on the Desktop but will usually be a random list unless maybe the Desktop is sorted by name.

Windows 10 Keyboard Shorcut to Calculator?

Option 1

• File Explorer, type this (shell shortcut) in location bar shell:AppsFolder, right-click Calculator, Create shorcut, Yes
  
• Right-click new Calculator shortcut on Desktop, Properties, there is our Shortcut key field/entry!
  

Option 2

• Go to %WinDir%\System32, right-click calc.exe, Create Shortcut, Yes. Then step 2 above
  

If I placed the shortcut in %WinDir%\System or Documents it seemingly wouldn't work!? It was flakey even moving back to Desktop, but after I set the shortcut to something else, hit Apply, then back to Ctrl+Shift+C it'd work

 

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name


Suggestion:

1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
   x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
   NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.
