Windows 10: Short black screen, after glitch in screen if i move the mouse

Since the update from windows 10 to 11 i've been having issues with the same glitch: sometimes my screen goes black for a short amount of time i have tried using the windows + ctlr + shift + b shortcut, but my screen goes back after a few seconds and after that the letters in my screen glitch when i do anything. Taskmasker does this as well. I have updated my drivers etc. but nothing seems to help. The only way to get my screen to go back to normal is to restart it.

Black screen with mouse?

i seem to be getting this alot lately. how do i solve it?

windows boots, welcomes, then i get black screen with mouse and nothing else. mouse works, its not frozen. it will sit at that screen for hours.

 

Microsoft glitch and random black screen

I've bought a laptop 2 days ago, whenever I'm playing a game and equip a item within the game my mouse gets bigger, then when I unequip it shows a black screen whenever I move my mouse
