Windows 10: Shortcut access to Chrome Bookmarks

I would like to set up a shortcut on my desktop that will issue a command equivalent to Ctl+Shift+O to access the Chrome Bookmark manager directly regardless of whether Chrome is active or not. Is it possible? If so how?

Chrome Bookmark Folders are screwed up

This is what I see in Chrome under about:gpu

The problem persists even after adding "--disable-gpu --disable-software-rasterizer" to the Chrome.exe shortcut as you suggested.

 

Edge Import Bookmarks from Chrome does not work

To resolve your issue with Microsoft Edge, we suggest that you clear your browsing data. Please follow the steps below:

• Click on the 3 dots at the upper right corner of Edge.
• Go to Settings.
• Go to Clear browsing data.
• Click on Choose what to clear > Clear.
• Try to import your bookmarks from Chrome to Microsoft Edge.

No outlook.com app shortcut icon in chrome

Uninstalling chrome make's the chrome Outlook.com app https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/hotmail checker i use, disappear from chrome as a shortcut next to the star button for bookmarks and the settings button where i have adblock and google chromecast icon

How do i get it back, i use windows 8.1 64 bit, extremly annoying that i can't get this icon,button back in chrome, please help me *Smile
