Windows 10: Shortcut keys don't open programs anymore

I have shortcuts for a number of programs on my desktop. In the properties I have defined shortcut keys, i.e. Ctrl + Alt +N. Clicking on the shortcut opens the program. But using this key stroke on my keyboard, doesn't open the program. I have a Logitech G15 keyboard with programmable keys. I have programmed the keys in a way that they generate the keystroke, but the programs don't open. The reason for this is probably that I can also not open the program using the Ctrl + Alt + N keys. I asked Logitech for help, but none of their many tips helped. What to do?HansThe Netherlands

Windows key+Home shortcut doesn´t work anymore - How to restore?

Background:

I did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro (1909) on my HP Z440 Workstation and did notice that Win+Home don´t work anym****0 Home (1909) to test if it has been removed from 1909 but Win+Home do work on my laptop. My lapt****.

So, i decided to d****909) on my HP Workstation. Then i tested to open Edge at fullscreen and then launch Notepad and Win+Home does not work this time either. The expected result would have been that since Notepad was the active window a Win+Home should
have minimized Edge. This test was done directly after the install, so no other third party apps had been installed.

How do i get Win+Home back?

I have used it a lot during the years and miss it...

• I have tested another keyboard t****n+H**** other keyboard shortcuts work as expected, such as Win+X, Win+E, Win+R, Win+D, Win+D, Win+M, etc, etc.

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.

To get a shortcut key for the calculator, go to your desktop and then follow these steps for Windows 10

1. Open the start menu

2. Navigate to calculator in the apps list on the left hand side of the start menu

3. Click and drag the calculator app to your desktop

4. Right-click on calculator and open properties

5. In properties there should be an option to add a shortcut key
