Windows 10: Shortcuts are different all of a sudden

Ok, this is very specific, but im about to freak out, as no one can help me.Today my harddrive blew and i had to have a new one put in. The put windows 10 on it like before. I had to install everything new on my laptopIm a translator. I translate from english to german. Since this update my shortcuts for Umlauts und Sz are different. I cant work like that as i have been doing it differently for years. Once umlauts where " + vowel. sz was alt + snow umlauts are ctrl + shift + vowel and sz just a string of numbers. I work on an english laptop. It all worked like this with setting to english keyb

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
