Windows 10: Shortcuts like Win+V and Screenshots are not working

I don't know why, the Keyboard works well and i even restarted the pc but it did not make a difference.

Shortcuts Winkey+V for notification doesn't work


According to the shortcut keys list, Winkey+V can Cycle
through notifications.
There is a lot of notifications in my action center, but there is no reaction after press Winkey+V on desktop or Winkey+A first then Winkey+V.
I have no idea how this shortcut key works.

 

Keyboard shortcuts: Like Alt+V, D for Details view. Is it gone forever?

Why would they change it? It's been Alt+V+D for Details and Alt+V+L for List for like decades. How can they possibly be so dense? D for Details, L for List. Logic.

I asked about Win10 actually. But those work in Win10.

Feedback? That's hilarious! No one listens to their customers less than Microsoft.

So how could I change the shortcut back to what makes sense?

I didn't see on your list using Win-X to bring up the basic setup of system tools like the original control panel, easy access to device manager, etc. not technically a list of commands, but at least a shortcut *Smile
