Windows 10: Shortcuts of keyworks in English and Keyboard in spanish

Hi, My name is Fernando, I have a problem with the shortcuts, I speak Spanish, and I use the Keyboard in Spanish all the time, but I don't know for what, but the shortcuts are in English for example for select all in Spanish I use the CTRL + E, and it found in Word, but in all general, my computer accept select all with CTRL + A, I know is just a part of using the keyboard shortcuts in English, but it confuse me some times. I have exposed it in the ESP community before, but they never helped me with this. Anything Know How can I change it?

Switching Between English and Spanish

What is your best option in Windows 10 if you would like to be able to switch easily between English and Spanish?

First of all, I am not a computer expert, but I can follow instructions.

I have installed a Spanish language pack and have learned to switch back and forth between Spanish and English, but have found some flaws:

One seems to be with my own keyboard because I can't type either of the Spanish question marks. I just get an underscore. When an MS tech got online with me, he was able to do it with his keyboard but I can't. I have to use a keyboard shortcut or insert
a symbol.

Also, when I am typing with the Spanish keyboard, I can't tell where some of the letters and characters are, like the accented "a" versus the non-accented "a" or the plain "n" versus the "n" with tilde. Do I still have to use a combination of keys for shortcuts
even though I have installed the Spanish pack?

English dictionary on the Spanish keyboard

I have been learning Spanish, so I installed the Spanish keyboard on my computer but quickly realized that it has the English dictionary and puts red lines under all of my words. Does anyone know how to fix this?
