Windows 10: Shortcuts or hyperlinks not working in windows 10

Hello my problem is that in my windows the built-in links that let you open a system app for example windows features are not working and I need my information so I cant reinstall windows any solutions?

Windows 10 commands/shortcuts/env. var.

Keyboard shortcuts to open programs:

Create a shortcut on the desktop to whatever program you want. Right click -> Properties and fill in the field there. Sadly the shortcut needs to remain on the desktop, but you can hide it.

Fun fact: If you had keyboard shortcuts for programs pinned to your Windows 7 start menu, those shortcuts still work when you update to Windows 10.

Hyperlinks in Windows 10 mail app not working

Try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to log-in to Windows Store, search for the Mail app and check if there are any updates found for the app.
