Windows 10: shortkut keys not working

i buoght a new lapi and the shortkut keys are not working like ctrl+c.ctrl+v etc

how can I fix this in windows 10

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

1215N function keys not working?

Doesn't list it for the 1215N *Frown

Funny part all the keys work out of the box with Linux Mint, go figure.

Tried the one on softpedia, doesn't seem to work.

Any other model that I can take it from?
